(You know what they say: “…My daughter’s my daughter…”, well, more about that in a minute.) “Love Letters in the Sand” was was the most successful, chart topping pop single for Pat Boone. It is a very simple tune written by Nick and Charles Kenny and J. Fred Coots. The song previously charted at number 6 for Ted Black in 1931. Pat Boone’s #1 singles.
